For Returns or Exchanges, you must first request a Return Authorization Form (RMA) by calling/email with USAXRAY or dealer who sold you the product. You may also request a return online by completing our Online RMA Form. By return email, your RMA # will be on your RMA Form, then follow instructions. The Return Authorization request to return or exchange must be within 5 days of receipt of the order whether shipped direct to you or drop shipped to your customer.
The returned item must be received postage prepaid, in resalable condition within 14 days of the date the authorization was issued. All returns must be sent in their original packaging if possible. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be refunded.
Returns, including returns for incorrect sizing or colors approved by the customer, are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus all shipping charges associated with the product. Custom items such as special sized aprons, monogrammed aprons or a product with any modification are not returnable or exchangeable. Whenever possible, the restocking fee is waived for the future purchase or exchange of replacement items.
Before shipping a return, every effort should be made to assure a damage free return. It is also recommended that you take photos of the item in its current condition and after packaging to be kept as supporting evidence in case shipper damages the item and a claim must be made.
Upon return of the goods in resalable condition and after analysis by the related product department, a merchandise credit will either be applied to the account for use toward future orders or a product refund may be issued to the customer via credit card (if applicable), or check. Both merchandise credit or product refund will be subject to restocking fees and all shipping costs.

Returned product will be inspected by quality management personnel at Burkhart Roentgen International Inc. through a corrective action report according to our good manufacturing procedures. If the product is found to be defective, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the findings. Approximate shipping date will be sent to the customer.
The Corrective Action findings and actions of Burkhart Roentgen International Inc. are final. Please be advised not all products suspected of defects are actually defective. Repaired or replaced items will be shipped to the customers free of charge. Items that are found not defective will be shipped back to customer upon receipt of shipping payment.
Seller warrants that all newly manufactured products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Products returned under the above warranty shall be either repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Burkhart Roentgen International Inc. dba USAXRAY and is limited to the value of the Products on the date of the original shipment. All replaced parts and Product become the property of Seller. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage to the Product resulting from customer’s negligence, misuse, modification of the Product, or use for purposes other than those intended by its manufacture. This limited warranty does not cover excessive use, normal wear and tear, failure from improper storage, customer abuse, abrasion, or failure to follow care and use instructions. Warranty is voided if any solvent-based cleaning solutions are used. Seller’s obligations under this limited warranty are conditioned upon Customer’s compliance with Seller’s reasonable instructions and requests in connection with its performance of such obligations. Service under this limited warranty may be obtained by delivering the Product at Customer’s expense (using the original shipping container or its equivalent) during the warranty period to the manufacturer and providing proof of purchase date. Customer shall assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. Seller shall bear the cost for return of repaired or replaced Product under valid warranty claims to Customer by normal commercial means in the continental United States. For further information, refer to the Limited Warranty contained in Seller’s standard product literature, if applicable. See Return Policy & Form prior to returning any product. Before shipping to seller, obtain an RMA# from Burkhart Roentgen International Inc. dba USAXRAY or your dealer. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. Any core material problems, ie. leaded or lead-free product, that do not have an initial inspection report prior to being put in service will be considered invalid in the limited warranty.
